Harbison Theatre is pleased to announce Strings and Stories: A Nashville Songwriter’s Night, an intimate evening celebrating the craft of songwriting and storytelling on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. The performance offers audiences a unique opportunity to hear original songs performed live while gaining insight into the inspiration and creative process behind the music.
Strings and Stories features a curated lineup of acclaimed Nashville songwriters performing their work, sharing personal anecdotes and connecting directly with audiences through song and narrative. This format highlights the stories behind the music, from inspiration and first ideas to life experiences that shaped each song’s emotional core.
“We are excited to bring Strings and Stories: A Nashville Songwriter’s Night to Harbison Theatre,” said Kristin Cobb, executive director of Harbison Theatre. “This performance celebrates the artistry and humanity of songwriting — allowing audiences to connect with the music on a deeper level as the artists share both the melodies and the stories that inspired them. It’s an experience that goes beyond a concert and into the hearts of the songs themselves.”
