What are the Box Office hours?

Monday through Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 1:30 PM, and two hours before each show.

How do I purchase a Flex Pass?

This year, if you purchase a ticket to three or more shows, you’ll receive a discount on each ticket! The pass can be split among any or all performances. Flex Passes are only available by calling our staff at 803.407.5011. We’ll be happy to help guide you through the process of securing your seats at a discounted rate.

How do I receive a group discount?

Choose 10 tickets or more to one performance, and your 10% discount will automatically be applied to your purchase.

Who needs a ticket?

Anyone 24 months of age or older.  Most of our shows are appropriate for people in their pre-teens and older, but we have a couple in the lineup that are certainly appropriate for younger people.

What do I do if a show is sold out?

There’s (a little bit of) hope!  We won’t know until the night of the show if any tickets have been returned, but you can show up two hours before show time to put your name on a list, just in case.

What is the policy on refunds?

All ticket sales are final, with one caveat.  If a show sells out and we have a waiting list the night of a show, then we may be able to refund your unused tickets for resale.  If you’ve ended up with more tickets that you need, your best bet is to make some calls and bring a lucky friend!
